BuildStrategy manages the project structure, running parallel SWBS and PWBS hierarchies. Managers can examine what-if scenarios, and obtain work-in-progress reports. Individual parts and even full assemblies can be dragged & dropped within the project hierarchical tree, to reflect supply and production constraints and requirements in real time. Weight, CG and quantity data is always available, for single parts or any assembly.
